Change temporary voicemail message
Tracy: Hi, I’m Tracy from Premier. I’m here to show you how to change some basic settings on your voicemail system.
If you’re going on holiday and you wish to record a temporary greeting, what you need to do is dial the Panasonic Voicemail extension number which is usually 500, wait for an answer.
Woman: You have zero new messages.
Tracy: And you will be given a list of options. Option four is for mailbox management. Press four and then you will be given an option to change your personal greeting which is option one. At that point, you will be given a list of greetings. Use option number five for your temporary greeting. When you have pressed five, you will be asked to record your greeting after the tone.
Woman: Temporary greeting is not recorded. Record greeting at the tone. To end recording, press one. To pause and restart recording, press two.
Tracy: Hi, you’ve reached Tracy. I’m on holiday today but will return tomorrow morning at 8:30 am. Please leave a message and I’ll return your call tomorrow morning. Thank you.
And to end the recording, press one and then follow the prompts to review which is number one.

Once you have listened to the recording, if you are happy, press two to accept or three to try again.
This greeting will overwrite the greeting that you already have until you’re back from holiday. When you’re back, you just dial the voicemail extension number, and at that point you will be asked to remove your temporary greeting. Just follow the prompt to remove the greeting.
Woman: Temporary personal greeting is activated. To turn temporary personal greeting off, press one. Temporary personal greeting is deleted.
Tracy: And your original greeting that you recorded will be back in place.
