How to change time settings
Hi, I’m Tracy from Premier. I’m here to tell you how to change your day, lunch, break and night time settings on your Panasonic telephone system.
If you find that your system is stuck in night mode, the first thing to do is to find one of the large display phones, look at the buttons and there should be a button labeled time mode.
If you find this button you will also find that it’s lit red. Just press the button several times until the light goes out and you’ll see day mode show on the display.
If you can’t find this key, you can use a code to change your system back into day mode. Just go to the nearest large display phone, lift the handset and dial *7800 and you’ll see day mode show on the display. You can now hang up and your system will be back in day mode receiving telephone calls.
Most of our Panasonic telephone systems are programmed to going to day and night mode automatically. However, if you need to finish early and you would like to force the telephone system into night mode early, all you need to do is find the time mode key on the large display phone.
Press this key until it turns red and night mode will show on the display. And then this system will answer your calls in night mode, reveal night time message. If you can’t find this key, you can dial a code. Press your speakerphone button and dial *7801 and night mode will show on the display.
If you wish to put your system into lunch mode, go to your large display phone and look for your time mode key. Press this key until it turns green and lunch mode is displayed. If you can’t find the time mode key, lift the handset and dial *7802 and lunch mode will show on your display. You can then hang up.
If you wish to put your system into break mode, find your time mode key on your large display phone and press this button until it flashes green and break mode shows on your display. If you can’t find your time mode key, you can use the keypad by lifting the handset and dial *7803. Break mode shows on the display and you can hang up.
