Tracy: Hi, I’m Tracy from Premier. I’m here to show you how to change some of your auto attendant recordings on your Panasonic voicemail system.
To record your auto attendant menus, what you need to have first is a list of your custom service recordings and your password to hand. Once you have those, go somewhere quiet. With a Panasonic phone, dial the voicemail extension number, which is usually 500. Once you dial 500, you get an answer, dial #6*998. At this point, you’ll be asked to enter your password. Enter your password and then press #. Then you dial 4.
Machine: To change the company greeting, press 1. To change the company name, press 2. To change the custom…
Tracy: And then dial 3. Once you dial 3, you will be asked to enter the custom service number that you would like to record. Enter the custom service number, and then it will play back some of the recording that you already have.
Machine: Service number 11.
Recording: You have reached the offices of Premier Choice Telecom.
Tracy: Wait at least five seconds, make sure that you’re listening to the correct recording, press 1 to change, and then 1 to rerecord. Wait for the tone and record your greeting.
Machine: Record your menu at the tone. To end recording, press 1. To pause and restart recording, press 2.
Tracy: You have reached the offices of Premier Choice Telecom. To leave a message for sales, press 1, for marketing, press 2, and for maintenance, press 3.
When you have finished, you press 1. Then listen to the prompts, and you will be prompted 1 to review or 2 to accept.

Tracy: Once you have accepted your recording, you will be asked to enter another custom service number. Enter the number that you wish to record, and then follow the prompts again to record and accept this greeting.
