As well as managing your telephone calls, we can also manage your line rental. We will carry out a free audit of your current call and rental charges prior to installing new analogue and digital lines, or migrating existing ones to Premier Choice Telecom. When your calls and line rental are both managed by us, you'll have just one supplier and one single point of contact to deal with, allowing you to get on with the business of running your business.

Because no additional hardware need be installed, CPS is a simple and cost-effective call routing solution. What’s more, your existing telephone numbers can be automatically transferred without disruption to your service.
Least cost routing
To give you more flexibility, cost savings and complete peace of mind, we can program your telephone system to route calls over single or multiple networks. This ensures that you are getting the best rates for your calls. Modern telephone systems have built-in ‘least cost routing’ facilities, which can be programmed to automatically prefix calls with a carrier access code in order to route calls to your chosen provider.
Direct connect
Depending on your monthly call spend, a direct connect to a particular network may be more beneficial. Direct connect forms a physical link between your premises and your chosen network, guaranteeing high levels of resilience on your calls and reducing your current call rates.
